Delete Your Lexably Account
Lexably allows users to request permanent deletion of their account at any time.
Account deletion removes your access and associated cloud-stored data.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the Lexably app
- Go to Settings → Account
- Select Delete Account and confirm
If you are unable to access the app, you may also request deletion by contacting us.
Email Request Method
Send an email from your registered email address to:
support-lexably@googlegroups.com
Include the subject line:
“Account Deletion Request – Lexably”
What Happens After Deletion
- Your account will be permanently deleted
- Cloud-stored learning data and preferences will be removed
- You will lose access to synced content
Some limited data may be retained temporarily if required by law, security,
or compliance obligations.
